AI visibility assessments
Understand how AI answers describe, mention and cite your brand. We start with relevant buyer questions and inspect the answers and their sources, so your next website decisions have a baseline you can review.
What we review
We agree on your target market, language, buyer questions and platforms before collection. Questions cover real buying needs, with brand and non-brand questions identified separately.
- Brand descriptions, factual accuracy, mentions, citations and recommendations, recorded separately.
- The public pages cited by answers and the facts those pages support.
- Relevant competitor context and gaps in your website’s product information, navigation or technical access.
What you receive
A documented baseline and a prioritized set of website findings. The report connects each finding to the question, answer or page behind it.
- A question list and collection context: date, platform, model or tier when available, language and region.
- Captured answers and cited URLs, with missing data and unsuccessful checks disclosed.
- Page-level priorities, reasons for each proposed change and a suggested way to validate it.
What the assessment means
A mention, a citation and a recommendation answer different questions. We report them separately. Visits and enquiries need their own evidence; an answer containing your brand does not demonstrate either.
- Results describe the agreed sample and collection period, rather than every user’s experience.
- Official API results and observations from a real website or app are labelled and reported separately.
- We do not promise a ranking, a future recommendation or a guaranteed increase in AI traffic.
